- Higher delivery cost zone requiring shipping approval
- Incorrect delivery address (including PO boxes, FPO, APO)
- Missing delivery or recipient contact information
When an order is put on hold, a comment detailing the specific issue or question from the production department will appear in the system. Alternatively, our support team will contact you via email regarding the situation.
