How to Start Making Products
To begin creating a new product:
- Click "Products" in the left navigation menu
- Click the red "Create Product" button in the top-right corner
- You will be taken to the Product Creation form with three steps:
- Step 1: Product Details
- Step 2: Variants
- Step 3: Review & Finish

The Products page shows all your existing products. Click "Create Product" to begin a new product.
Step 1: Product Details
What Must You Do in This Step?
Complete the following fields:
1. Upload Design Image
Click the "Upload Design Image" button in the Designs preview panel on the left. Select your design file from your computer (PNG or JPG format). The design preview will appear once uploaded.
2. Enter Product Title (Required)
Enter your product name in the Title field. Maximum 100 characters. Example: "Lion Canvas Print"
3. Enter Product Description (Required)
Provide a brief description of your product in the Description field. Maximum 100 characters. Example: "Black and white wildlife photography on high-quality canvas"
4. Choose your Product
Choose your product type (Canvas, Poster, or Passepartout) and configure custom attributes like material and frame. Available settings will update based on your selected model.

Once you have filled in all required fields and configured the specifications, click the "Next" button to proceed to Step 2: Variants.
Step 2: Variants
Purpose
In this step, you manually select which size variants you want to offer for your product. Variants allow customers to choose different sizes for the same design.
How to Add Variants
Adding variants is done by manually selecting size options:
- On the left side, you will see "Choose variant size (CM)" with multiple aspect ratio groupings (if you chose INCH in the previous, step, you will see INCH not CM)
- Each aspect ratio grouping (such as 13:9, 10:7, 7:5, 4:3, 5:4) contains checkboxes for different size options
- Click on the checkbox next to each size you want to offer as a variant
- You can select "Select all" or "Deselect all" to quickly choose all or none
- As you select each size, the system will generate a variant and display it. Above it you can see the variant’s DPI››

Once you have selected all desired size variants, click "Next" to proceed to Step 3: Review & Finish.
Step 3: Review & Finish
Purpose
This final step allows you to review all product information, selected size variants and add selling price for them.
What Must You Do in This Step?
On the Review & Finish page, review:
1. Product details:
- Title and description
- Design image
- Product type and specifications
2. All selected variants:
- Variant listings with sizes
- SKUs for inventory tracking
- Print quality for each variant
3. Add variant prices:
- Enter the retail price for each variant to display on your sales channel
4. Click any step above to go back and make changes if needed
How to Finish or Save as Draft
You have three options at the bottom of this page:
- "Exit" Button - click to go back to the Products list without saving any changes.
- "Save as Draft" Button - click to save the product with draft status. The product is not yet published and you can return to edit it later before publishing
- "Finish" Button - click to complete the product creation process. The product will be set to "Ready to publish" status and you can immediately publish it to your sales channels.
This screen shows the Variant List with all selected variants, their details, sizes, quality levels and prices. The "Exit", "Save as draft", and "Finish" buttons are displayed at the bottom.
2. Managing Products
2.1 Edit a Product
Purpose
Edit existing products to update designs, specifications, pricing or other product information.
How to Edit a Product
Step 1: Navigate to Products - Click "Products" in the left menu.
Step 2: Find Your Product - Locate the product you want to edit in the products list. You can use the search field to quickly find it.
Step 3: Click on the Product - Click on the product row or title to open its editing interface.
Step 4: Edit Product Details - You can now modify title, description, design image, product specifications and variant prices.
Step 5: Save Changes - After making your edits, click "Save" or "Update" to save the changes.
2.2 Duplicate a Product
Purpose
Quickly create a copy of an existing product without starting from scratch. Useful for creating similar products or variations.
How to Duplicate a Product
Step 1: Go to Products - Click "Products" in the left menu.
Step 2: Select Product to Duplicate - Click the checkbox next to the product you want to duplicate.
Step 3: Open Actions Menu - Click the "Actions" dropdown button in the top right corner of the product table.
Step 4: Select Duplicate - From the dropdown menu, click "Duplicate".
After Duplication - The duplicated product is a complete copy with the same design image, product specifications, variants and pricing. It is in Draft status and ready to be edited before publishing.
2.3 Archive & Unarchive
Purpose
Archive products you no longer want to feature or sell, without permanently deleting them. Archived products can be restored later.
How to Archive a Product
Step 1: Go to Products - Click "Products" in the left menu.
Step 2: Select Product to Archive - Click the checkbox next to the product you want to archive.
Step 3: Open Actions Menu - Click the "Actions" dropdown button.
Step 4: Select Archive - Click "Archive" from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Confirm Archiving - The product is moved to the "Archived" tab and removed from the active products list.
How to Unarchive a Product
Step 1: Go to Products - Click "Products" in the left menu.
Step 2: Click "Archived" Tab - Click the "Archived" tab to view all archived products.
Step 3: Select Product to Unarchive - Click the checkbox next to the archived product you want to restore.
Step 4: Open Actions Menu - Click the "Actions" dropdown button.
Step 5: Select Unarchive - Click "Unarchive" from the dropdown menu. The product is restored to your active products list.
3. Managing Sales Channel Connections
Control which sales channels your products are published to using the "Manage Sales Channel Connections" feature. This allows you to publish products to Shopify stores, unpublish products from channels, and manage multiple products at once.
How to Manage Sales Channel Connections
Step 1: Select Products - From the Products list, click the checkboxes next to one or more products you want to manage.
Step 2: Open Actions Menu - Click the "Actions" dropdown button in the top right of the product table.
Step 3: Select "Manage Sales Channel Connections" - Click on the "Manage Sales Channel Connections" option.
Step 4: Configure Sales Channels - A dialog box will appear showing product title with thumbnail and available stores in a dropdown. Select which store(s) to publish each product to, or leave unselected to unpublish.
Step 5: Apply Changes - Click "Apply changes" to save your sales channel configuration. Products will be published or unpublished according to your selections.
Channel Configuration Details - Checked channels mean the product will be published to these sales channels and appear in your store listings. Unchecked channels mean the product will be unpublished from these channels and removed from store listings. When managing multiple products at once, you can assign different channel configurations to each product.
Publishing to Shopify
Step 1: Choose your Shopify store in the dropdown and apply changes
Step 2: Sync to Shopify. Wait for the sync process to finish.
Note: If the Shopify icon in the Sales Channel column turns gray, the publishing attempt failed. Click to try again.
Step 3. Review & Edit Draft in Shopify.
Navigate to your Shopify Admin > Products page. Your product will appear in Draft status. Use this step to fine-tune your listing before launch -add custom mockups, assign product categories, configure inventory or adjust details.
4. Once your product details are ready, change the status from Draft to Active. Your product is now live in your Shopify store.
4. Tips & Best Practices
Product Creation Best Practices - Use high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher), create descriptive product titles with key details, write concise descriptions that highlight benefits and check product variants before publishing.
Product Management Best Practices - Duplicate products when creating similar designs, regularly review and update product information, archive outdated or underperforming products and always review changes before applying them.
Sales Channel Management Best Practices - Ensure all product details are complete before publishing, test products in your store before broad publishing, use batch publishing for efficiency when launching multiple products and regularly review which products are published to each channel.
5. Troubleshooting
Design Upload Issues
Problem: Upload button doesn't respond.
Solution: Ensure your file is not corrupted and in a supported format (PNG, JPG). Try uploading a different file.
Variant Selection Issues
Problem: Having trouble selecting variants.
Solution: Make sure you are clicking the checkboxes next to the sizes you want. The system will generate a variant for each selected size.
Duplication Not Working
Problem: Duplicate option is grayed out or unavailable.
Solution: Make sure you have selected at least one product and have the necessary permissions.
Sales Channel Publishing Issues
Problem: Product won't publish to Shopify store.
Solution: Verify that the product is in "Ready to publish" status, Shopify store is properly connected, and all required information is filled in.
Form Validation Errors
Problem: Cannot proceed to the next step in product creation.
Solution: Ensure all required fields are filled in correctly.
