At Printseekers, we do our best to make sure all wallpaper products arrive in great condition and meet our quality standards. To ensure that the wallpaper is applied without potential issues, we ask you to please inform your customer of the following instructions:
- Please remove the wallpaper from its protective tube on the day it arrives. Leaving it inside may cause unnoticed damage or warping, which we won’t be able to cover.
- If you notice visible damage, printing errors, or manufacturing defects when your wallpaper is delivered, you can ask for a return or replacement. Just let us know within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery, including your order details and clear, high-resolution photos showing the problem.
- If the wallpaper gets damaged after installation or starts peeling under normal use, please contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery. Claims made after this time can’t be accepted.
- We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the wallpaper meets the conditions mentioned above regarding defects or damage.
- To help us assess any issues properly, please provide clear photos when making a claim.
