Printseekers strives to ensure that all wallpaper products are delivered in excellent condition and meet quality standards. By purchasing wallpaper products from the Site, you agree to the following terms:
- Wallpaper must be removed from its protective tube on the same day it is received. Failure to do so may result in undetected damage or deformation, for which Printseekers will not be held responsible.
- If the product is visibly damaged upon delivery, contains printing errors, or shows clear manufacturing defects, you may request a return or replacement. Notice must be provided within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery and must include order details along with high-resolution photographic evidence clearly showing the issue.
- If the wallpaper becomes damaged after installation or begins to peel or fall off under normal conditions, you must notify Printseekers within thirty (30) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
- Printseekers does not offer returns or exchanges for wallpaper products unless they meet the conditions outlined above regarding defects or damage.
- All claims must be supported with clear photographic documentation to allow proper assessment of the issue.
