Pre-pasted wallpaper needs to be activated by wetting the adhesive on the back. Use a damp sponge or spray water on the back, then "book" the wallpaper (fold it paste-side in) for 1 minute before applying it to the wall. Align and smooth the wallpaper carefully to avoid air bubbles​
