Polyester and cotton canvas differ in their weight, texture, and color, which can affect the overall look and feel of the print.

Cotton canvas material is heavier, at 300 grams per square meter (g/m²). It's mostly made from natural fibers, with about 99% cotton and a small amount, around 1%, of polyester. This mix gives cotton canvas a sturdy yet breathable quality, making it a popular choice when durability and a natural feel are important.

Polyester canvas, on the other hand, is lighter, weighing 220 grams per square meter. It's made entirely from synthetic fibers, being 100% polyester. This gives polyester canvas a smoother texture, generally brighter color retention, and better resistance to water and stretching compared to cotton canvas.
