To assist us in addressing the problem, kindly provide your Printseekers order number along with a brief description of the issue. Including any clear photos that show the problem will also help us find a solution faster.
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for subjective design issues. This includes things like AI-upscaled images that may appear blurry, low-quality textures, or details that look fine on a screen but show imperfections when printed at full size. Additionally, our printing process cannot accurately reproduce metallic colors such as gold, silver, or bronze, so we cannot guarantee how these colors will look in the final product.
