Since Printseekers products are made to order, we don’t accept returns if the product has been produced correctly according to the order details.
Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or free replacements for issues with the design file provided for the order or for a customer's change of mind regarding their purchase.

Including clear photos of the product and any packaging will help us assess the situation and find the best way to assist you.
