If your order hasn't had any courier updates in over 20 days (or 30 days for economy shipping), please contact our support team at support@printseekers.com.
Once we confirm that the order has been lost, we can process a free replacement or refund. If the threshold hasn't been reached yet, we'll contact the courier, open an investigation, and keep you updated while we wait for a resolution.
Please note that lost order requests must be submitted within 2 months of the original shipment date.
