In case of a damaged order, we ask you to fill out a Damaged order form.
Please ask your customer to provide the following photos:
- A close-up photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the entire box in which the item was delivered, ensuring any visible damage to the box is clearly shown
- A photo of the entire item
- A close-up photo of the damage to the item
Once the form is completed and all required photos are provided, our support team will process the free resend or refund. If any photos are missing or additional information is needed, our support team will reach out to you.
