In case of a damaged order, we ask you to fill out a Damaged order form.
Please ask your customer to provide the following photos:
- The item
- Close-up photo of the damage
- The shipping box, including visible damage if present
- Close-up photo of the shipping label
Once the form is completed and all required photos are provided, our support team will process the free resend or refund. If any photos are missing or additional information is needed, our support team will reach out to you.
Please note that damaged order reports must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Reports received after this period will not be accepted.
