To cancel an order, press “Cancel order” button in your order view on your upper right. Cancellation policy depends on the production stage and status of the order

• Free cancellation - If you sent an order to production by accident you will have limited time within which you can cancel your order with no charge.
• Product paid cancellation - In case where the free cancellation period has already expired you will be fully charged for the production of the order item/s.
• Fully paid cancellation - if you notice that your order status has been changed to “Shipped” and want to cancel it, from this point onwards you will be charged the cost of production and shipping of the order in full.
