If you wish to cancel an order, after clicking on the order to examine it in detail you will see a “Cancel order” button on your upper right and “Cancel item” next to the item name. Our order and order item cancellation policy depends on one of the 3 stages depending on your order status and time.

• Free cancellation - If you sent an order to production by accident you will have limited time within which you can cancel your order with no charge.
• Product paid cancellation - In case where the free cancellation period has already expired you will be fully charged for the production of the order item/s.
• Fully paid cancellation - if you notice that your order status has been changed to “Shipped” and want to cancel it, from this point onwards you will be charged the cost of production and shipping of the order in full.
