You can request cancellation from the order view by using the Cancel order option. Cancellation options depend on the order status and production stage.

Cancellation options:

• Free cancellation: Available only within a limited time before production starts. Full product costs are refunded in this case.
• Product paid cancellation: If production has started. In this case, the product cost is still charged.
• Fully paid cancellation: If the order has shipped. In this case, both product and shipping costs are still charged.

Please note that refunds after cancellation may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
