If a package shows as delivered but the customer claims that they have not received it, we advise your customer to contact the local courier office. We also advise that the customer check with neighbors and family members regarding the package.
If the package remains untraceable, we kindly ask your customer to file a police report. Once your customer has the police statement, please contact us, and we will initiate the refund or resend process for the missing order.
Please reach out to us about the missing parcel within 1 month of the delivery date.
