If there is a discrepancy where proof of delivery and the tracking code indicate successful delivery, but the customer claims non-receipt, we advise your client to contact the local courier facility for detailed delivery information and to check with neighbors and family members about receiving the package. We will make every effort to assist with the situation.
If the package remains untraceable, we kindly ask your customer to file a police report. Once your customer has the police statement, please contact us, and we will initiate the refund or resend process for the missing order.
Please reach out to us about the missing parcel within 1 month of the delivery date.
