To achieve the best quality when printing your artwork, please submit your image at 300 DPI (dots per inch). Also, make sure the artwork is created and provided at the exact size you want it printed. Avoid resizing the artwork after submission, as this can affect the clarity and sharpness of the final print.
We accept artwork files in JPEG, JPG, and PNG formats. These are commonly used and work well for printing. Please note that the maximum file size for uploads is 2 GB, so be sure your files stay within this limit to prevent any issues during submission.
For canvas prints with designs that wrap around the sides, please include extra artwork beyond the front area. Add 2 centimeters on each side for standard canvases. For gallery canvases, which have deeper sides, add 4 centimeters on each side. This helps create a smooth, professional wrap-around effect on the edges.
Please note that while we do our best to produce high-quality prints, some design issues might not be caught during our checks. For example, images generated or upscaled with AI tools may become blurry or low-quality. Details that appear fine on a screen might show imperfections when printed at full size. We recommend reviewing your large-format files carefully before placing your order to help avoid any surprises.
