What are the design requirements, allowed file formats, and file size limitations?

For optimal print quality, we require files with a resolution of 300 DPI.

Accepted file formats: JPEG, PNG, and JPG.

File size limitations: 2GB

Please note:

  • Files must be submitted true to size.
  • For designs with continuous sides, the design is wrapped around the canvas edges. Add 2 cm per side for standard canvas and 4 cm per side for gallery canvas to the total design size.
